[ Angel Devil. ] [ chatcube, or action. ] [ if you're visiting the rose barn, look for the door with the creepy bat-and-angel-wing sigil on it. Knock first! Or get zapped. ]
[ the angelcube that appears in response is more of a flowercube than an angelcube, but that's par for the course for everyone during Super Rainbow Shape-shifting Week. ]

It seemed worth checking: are there prerequisites for the student? Should they already be a practicing mage, and if so, roughly in what field or fields?
The method takes advantage of a natural ability I possess, that I believe your flock's power to manipulate the dead will... make do in lieu of, quite effectively. Other magic IS involved when lacking other equipment, but... you all also have your resident gadgeteer, yes? Think he could make something that creates a temporary, sealed, highly humid environment?
You'll want someone who isn't particularly squeamish to learn first, and then evaluate that question. It's somewhat fatiguing a process to model, so I suppose...
Perhaps a one-on-one lesson first, with the canary, and then I'll do a second run with the expanded class.
If it's such a coalmine, I'll be your canary. It is not the most questionable magic I have ever encountered, and I am not poor at our version of soul manipulation.

Ever the busy bee, ferryman. I'm sure I'll be around.

How many students are you willing to take on for this? It won't be all of us regardless, but I don't wish to be overwhelming.
