[at some point--possibly not long before DokiDoki Demon's game, or perhaps they weren't found until well after--Angel Devil may discover that he can see the shaft of an arrow outside his window as he walks by. If he looks out to investigate, he'll see a little woven pouch hanging from a ribbon, tied to that arrow. It's been charmed to be water proof, the spell dispersing when the ribbon is pulled.
