[ oh good. It's over with. He coos placidly. It really is funny how dramatic the difference between random touch with flockmates vs most other people is. In this body, compared to his own, it doesn't feel like eerie pins and needles threat... but it doesn't feel like a whisper of 'home,' either.

Ultimately, it wasn't so bad.
